599 GTO Highway Patrol

This is actually a promised car for since I while ago I told him that I'll draw a car that's out of my habit. Well... since I usually draw Japanese and Australian cars, I decided to draw European car as a change of pace and also to learn European cars' design lines. And now I've just realized that he celebrates his birthday on August 17th, so let's just call this car a birthday present for him. Happy Birthday, buddy.. May your wishes and hopes come true. And I deeply apologize for every mistakes and harsh words that came out of me which may have hurted you. Also his birthday seems to fall at the same day as The Republic of Indonesia's Independence day. So in order to celebrate both, I decided to have a car that based on real car in Indonesia.

Now for the explanation, this car has the livery which is based on Indonesia's Highway Patrol or it's just simply called "PatWal" (Patroli dan Pengawalan / Patrol and Escort). Their car line up consists of wide variety of cars, such as Mitsubishi Galant VR4, Lancer EX, Toyota Fortuner, Mazda6, Ford Focus, etc. This 599 GTO is aimed to be an (imaginary) addition to their car line up, especially for escorting Exotic Cars owner clubs on their weekend ride and perhaps, high speed pursuit.

As seen beneath the front bumper, this car isn't a stock anymore, since it's 6.0 L F140C V12 engine got extra twin snails as well as 6 - speed sequential gearbox and carbon composite braking system. To ensure the driver's and passenger's safety, a pair of Recaro RS-G bucket seats are installed inside the cabin.
